I'm really nervous about starting and don't even know what questions to ask

Totally ok! Most people start here. During a consultation, I will ask you what you are hoping to change and then offer you some options for moving forward if it seems like a good fit!

How often do we meet?

The price is too high for me, do you offer sliding scale?

Therapy is a commitment to and an investment in yourself, first and foremost.  I encourage you to ask yourself what that is worth!

I do offer sliding scale options, however they are limited and may have a waitlist

Does going to therapy mean I'm "weak?"

Not at all!

In fact, it is a sign of strength that you are identifying areas that you need help with and choosing to invest in yourself by working with a professional.  No pro athlete got to where they were without coaches and teams!
