This women’s group offers a safe and supportive space to connect, share, and be heard.
Unlike some of our more structured groups, this gathering is intentionally open, allowing participants to bring forward whatever is most meaningful or pressing in the moment.

Welcome to "Reclaiming Self" - a transformative therapy group dedicated to empowering people on their journey of self-discovery.

Our experienced therapist leads the group in examining core beliefs, defense mechanisms, and parts of ourselves that keep us feeling stuck. Through open discussions, creative exercises, and guided introspection, participants embark on a profound exploration of their true selves with greater emotional resilience and self-awareness.

The group dynamic encourages mutual support and understanding as people share their unique journeys of growth. In this safe environment, vulnerability is welcomed, and authenticity is celebrated.
