Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a 1:1 session that typically lasts 53 minutes and is focused on supporting the client with their goals.

In our 1:1 counseling sessions, you’ll find a space where every part of you is welcome.

You’ll meet with a therapist who honors both the science of healing and the soul of your story.

Together, we’ll gently explore the experiences and beliefs rooted in childhood that may still be shaping your

emotions, choices, and relationships.

Inner child healing through talk therapy, self-reparenting tools, and guided reflection

Reiki energy work to support nervous system regulation and emotional release

Accelerated Resolution Therapy to process traumatic experiences

Mindfulness and grounding tools for managing real-world stress

Practical support to build boundaries, confidence, and clarity

 

Each session is trauma-informed, personalized, and paced to meet you right where you are.
